WOFEX DRINKS + BAKES 2025 RECAP
This groundbreaking event brought together a wide array of local and international exhibitors, suppliers, and industry experts specializing in coffee, tea, milk tea, cocktails, specialty beverages, as well as baked goods, pastries, desserts, and baking equipment.

With the rapid growth of cafés, bakeries, and beverage-focused businesses across the country, WOFEX Drinks + Bakes provided a timely and targeted venue for professionals and entrepreneurs to discover the latest innovations, source new products, and connect with potential partners.

Attendees had the unique opportunity to join live demonstrations and hands-on workshops led by UCC Champion Mr. Shao Sing Lin, who conducted a three-day Latte Art Sessionduring the event. On Day 1, he focused on the fundamentals of latte art, emphasizing the importance of using fresh milk and mastering the essential techniques to create well-balanced designs. Day 2 shifted the spotlight to non-dairy alternatives, as Mr. Lin guided participants through a Basic Milk Latte Art workshop using NOBO and OATSIDE. He shared methods on how to achieve quality latte art even without traditional dairy, catering to the growing demand for plant-based options. On his final day, Mr. Lin presented a Pro Tips Latte Art Session, where he unveiled his three award-winning latte art designs. He also offered invaluable insights and preparation strategies for aspiring baristas aiming to compete in latte art competitions, sharing expert tips that helped elevate his own success on the global stage.

The event also welcomed several guest baristas and café owners who showcased their signature drinks.
- Mr. Christian Lanuzo from Marriott Hotel presented his creations: Queen of Hills Berries and Burnt Basque Latte.
Mr. Aaron Dela Cruz, owner of Toravare, featured his signature Americano Con Pana.
Mr. Paul Evangelista, owner of Beanstro, introduced his Beando Cacao.
Mr. Angel Roland Villena from Aroma Coffee shared his signature Apple Jack.
Each guest brought a unique blend of flavor and creativity, adding depth to the event’s beverage showcase.

In the three (3) days tradeshow, the very own Beverage Specialist of Allegro, Mr. Kent Alvarez presented a Drink & Pairing Experience: A Polysensory Journey. Featuring 1883 Syrups and a special partnership with Puratos, this guest shift will offer an immersive polysensory experience, where expertly crafted beverages meet artisanal baked creations by Chef Marc. Each pairing is designed to highlight the harmony of flavors, textures, and aromas, elevating the tasting journey.
