From February 25 to 27, 2026, the World Trade Center Metro Manila once again transformed into a vibrant hub for innovation, craftsmanship, and industry excellence as WOFEX Drinks returned for another highly anticipated edition. As a dedicated platform under the World Food Expo (WOFEX), the event continues to spotlight the rapid growth of the beverage sector, bringing together key players in coffee, tea, milk tea, chocolate, cocktails, and specialty beverages, alongside suppliers of cutting-edge equipment, ingredients, and baking solutions.
A major highlight of Allegro Beverage Corporation’s participation was the series of dynamic bar takeovers, where curated beverage stations were brought to life through immersive, hands-on experiences. These activations showcased how equipment, ingredients, and bar execution come together to elevate drink quality and customer engagement. Each bar takeover was thoughtfully designed to reflect versatility, efficiency, and creativity in modern beverage service.
Introducing Team Ichiban, Allegro’s dedicated showcase team, who brought these concepts to life throughout the three-day event. The team expertly demonstrated a range of premium machines, highlighting their unique features, precision, and reliability in high-volume and specialty beverage preparation. From espresso-based beverages to innovative signature drinks, each machine was presented not just as equipment, but as a complete solution for real-world café and business operations.
Throughout the event, Team Ichiban delivered consistently strong and engaging performances—executing drinks with speed, accuracy, and confidence while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Their ability to seamlessly operate different machines, adapt to live crowd demands, and maintain energy during peak hours reflected both their technical expertise and deep product knowledge.
Another highlight of Allegro Beverage Corporation’s participation at WOFEX Drinks 2026 was the day-to-day presentation of the Account Managers through a special segment called “Al-Tang-Mer-Hap” (Almusal, Tanghalian, Meryenda, Hapunan).
The segment showcased simple and creative beverage ideas inspired by everyday Filipino meals, highlighting how Allegro syrups can be used across different times of the day. Each presentation featured easy-to-prepare drinks that matched daily consumption moments—from refreshing morning beverages, to midday refreshments, afternoon treats, and evening indulgent drinks.
Through this activity, the Account Managers, Guianne Garcia, Kheyren Villaluna, Abigail Balingit, and Patricia Polintan demonstrated how versatile and practical Allegro products are in creating menu options for different customer needs. The presentations were straightforward, engaging, and easy to understand, making it clear how the syrups can be applied in real café and foodservice settings.
Overall, the Al-Tang-Mer-Hap segment effectively showed the flexibility of Allegro syrups while allowing the team to connect with visitors through relatable and everyday beverage concepts.
Another special bar takeover featuring Mr. Dan Tumbali from STI, one of the winners of the UNIBEVERAGE South Luzon Leg.
During the event, Mr. Tumbali showcased his award-winning beverage, bringing his UNIBEVERAGE-winning drink concept to a live trade show setting. The bar takeover allowed visitors to experience firsthand the creativity, skill, and innovation behind his signature creation, which was originally recognized during the competition.
Using Allegro equipment and ingredients, he demonstrated how his winning drink can be consistently prepared in a real-world café or beverage setup. The activity highlighted not only his talent as a student barista but also the practicality and commercial potential of his beverage concept.
The event was also made more meaningful through the support of valued brand partners and sponsors, including UCC, Destileria Limtuaco, and Summit, whose contributions helped elevate the overall booth experience and enriched the beverage offerings presented throughout the three-day exhibition.
