Studio Cafe, San Juan City. Allegro Beverage was one of the sponsors of the two (2) day event of Milklab. The attendees were taught some tips about coffee and milk. Methods and tricks on when they will use the milk in their coffee. 

 

 

 

 

 

Attendees left inspired and equipped with new skills to elevate their coffee-making experience. 

   

We had the opportunity to get a signature from the 2024 Barista Champion on our Victoria Arduino Eagle Tempo.

On day 2, the Barista Battle started.  The battle began with the best latte art chosen by the spin the wheel. The machines they used are the Victoria Arduino Eagle Tempo and MY75. 

 

 

 

In the end, Harvey will compete and represent the Philippines at the International Barista Battle in Melbourne, Australia, during MICE from March 20-23, 2025.

Latte Art Competition Fueled by the Precision of Victoria Arduino
